Luke Davis, Patient, Advocate

His Story

After receiving an Alzheimer's diagnosis, Luke turned personal experience into public purpose. Based in North Central Texas, he has become an active voice at every level — from local walks and community education to the halls of government. Luke has lobbied at the state capitol, communicated directly with state and national elected officials, and will be attending the Alzheimer's Impact Movement (AIM) in Washington, D.C. this year. His story has reached audiences near and far through local television, a Being Patient video segment, a feature on the Voices of Alzheimer's website, and a spotlight video for the Dallas Alzheimer's Association luncheon. He has also been interviewed by Eisai and continues to raise awareness through consistent social media advocacy.
