Jenn’s Story

Jenn is a care partner from Texas whose journey with Alzheimer's began when her husband was diagnosed with Younger Onset Alzheimer's at age 52, with no family history of the disease. That diagnosis reshaped their lives and set Jenn on a path toward advocacy and public storytelling.

Jenn is a member of Surviving the Now, a support group that has helped her feel empowered to begin sharing her family's experience more openly. She has started documenting her journey on her Facebook page, offering an honest look at what it means to care for a spouse living with younger onset Alzheimer's and reaching others who may be navigating a similar diagnosis without warning or family history to prepare them.
